Thank you for your interest in Aesops. Please find our banquet menu below. We find the banquet popular with the larger groups, as it gives you a good variety and lots of food, in fact, all you can eat. We are happy to discuss any variations if you find this banquet unsuitable. The banquet is obligatory for groups of six or more. Needless to say, included in the cost, there will be plenty of dancing (Greek, Latin American, Rock ‘n Roll, etc..), plate breaking, our famous (or should that be infamous??) dance competitions and much, much more. We can also arrange a special “roasting” for the guest(s)

Since 1991 we have been entertaining & serving great Mediterranean cuisine to our patrons.

Cost per person is subject to menu selection and final numbers
( Coffee/tea and assorted sweets may be included in your selection )

The items usually served are as follows -
On the table when you arrive:

Taramosalata
Delicate fish roe dip with onions, olive oil & lemon juice dip

Tzatziki

Cucumber, garlic & yoghurt dip

Greek Salad

Garden salad with fetta cheese & olives

Baskets of Fresh Crusty Bread

When you have all arrived and are seated, we start serving all the hot
items below in approximately the following order:

Moussaka

Traditional favourite with egg plant, prime minced beef & béchamel sauce

Calamari

Marinated, seasoned & fried

Souvlakia
Skewers of tender chicken, marinated & barbecued

Roast Lamb
In lemon & garlic, served with baked potatoes & rice

Please note – Vegetarian dishes can be substituted for
all meat dishes if required

Relieve the stress, strains & frustrations by joining us in a
Greek dance & the traditional breaking of plates.
Plates – for breaking ……………$20.00* per Dozen

Cost varies depending on number of guests booked and date.

We are Fully Licensed – No B.Y.O. Permitted .
 Credit card details or a deposit of $10 per person is required 30 days
prior to your event.
Reduction in, or cancellation of booking, 5 days prior to the reserved
date may lead to forfeiture of deposit for those not attending.
